What is your return policy?
No, we do not do returns at this time. As a small business, we do every item made to order and are not available to offer the traditional refund/exchange policy that the bigger stores are implementing. However, we hope to remedy this situation in the future. Thank you for understanding.
Do you do cancellations or exchanges?
No, we do not do cancellations or exchanges at this time. We take great pride in making everyone's order with exceptional care and effort, so once you place an order with us, we immediately start working on it to make sure it upholds our best standards.
We encourage you to be very intentional with your purchases. Please also double check your shipping information to make sure that everything is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we would do our best to rectify the mistake before your parcel has been shipped.
However, if it is already in transit then there is not much we can do on our end.
How long will it take for me to get my package?
Our processing time varies anywhere between one to two weeks, so we encourage our customers to be patient. If you live outside the U.S., then this timeframe can be longer, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. Thank you.
Help! My package is lost. What should I do?
While Big BADDIE Aesthetics supports all of our customers, we're not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your order has gotten lost in transit or was stolen from your doorstep, then we strongly encourage you to contact USPS for a claim, and we'll assist with any information you need as best as we can.
